You grant BYTOMSMITH LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s) and/or other content online (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, or other platform) with or without your social media handle, social media user name, profile picture, caption and location information in any media, including but not limited to on its webpages, social media pages and other digital media, newsletters, retailer sites, third party sites, print materials, for its marketing and/or its advertising. BYTOMSMITH LTD may use, reproduce, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works in any manner in its sole discretion.

You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold "BYTOMSMITH LTD" and any person acting on BYTOMSMITH LTD’s behalf harmless from any liability related in any way with the service or content procured and understand you are accepting a complimentary service that is non transferable, exchangeable and not subject to adjustments, corrections or alterations of any kind. BYTOMSMITH LTD is not responsible for any additional expenses or costs incurred associated with your appointment in any way. You understand the use of and exposure to any colouring products or related items can incur risk of reaction or sensitivity and you release, discharge and agree to hold "BYTOMSMITH LTD" and any person acting on BYTOMSMITH LTD’s behalf harmless from any liability related in any way to services received.

You consent to BYTOMSMITH LTD collection of any personal information you provide, and "BYTOMSMITH LTD" use and disclosure of that personal information in connection with the use of your content as described above in accordance with these Permission Terms, BYTOMSMITH LTD Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws and regulations.
